Can we walk the talk?
As educators we are constantly hearing, reading, discussing, reflecting and referring to what research says about dispositions and skills our students need to succeed. However, do we as educators check those boxes? How can we engage educators and generate the conditions to successfully model these behaviors when our school experience was so different? Whilst keynote speakers all come from different angles, they share the message about what we need to re-think, change and develop about ourselves and teaching and learning at our schools.
